Then when it comes…. it’s like receiving a present in the post that you know you’re going to absolutely love. When you unwrap the box and see the fabric and model you’ve chosen are even better than you’d imagined, the rush of pure delight will be beyond compare. On very rare occasions, you might find that there’s something not quite right, maybe when you try on a pair of sandals you realize you need a bigger size or the dress you ordered actually looks different on. In this case, you can return or exchange any item from the online Patrizia Pepe store totally free of charge. It really is easy: any item can be returned unused within 10 days in its original packaging and along with The Store label and security seal. Just follow the three easy steps: 1) Send an email to email@example.com with the order number and item code of whatever it is you wish to return or exchange (you’ll find them on the shipping document inside the box). Alternatively, you can give this information to the Customer Support online chat. Both will give you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code you need to return the item. 2) Take the UPS label, the customer copy and the two receipts (they are yours) out of the box that you received the item in. Place the item back in the box.
3) Stick the UPS label on the front of the box and write the RMA code beside it. Arrange for UPS to come and pick up the box by ringing 02/30303039.
If you are returning something, the refund will depend on how you paid. For example, if you paid by credit card, the time it will take for the money to be refunded to your card will depend on the card issuer (up to 2 weeks). For PayPal payments, the sum paid will be refunded to your PayPal account and visible immediately. Refunds from PayPal to the associated credit card will depend on the card issuer. If on the other hand you paid cash on delivery, you need to send firstname.lastname@example.org your bank details (IBAN number) so we can transfer the funds directly to your bank. If you want to exchange your item for something else, then once this is all agreed (with email@example.com or online chat), your new parcel will be in the post within 5 days of our receiving the original item, at no extra charge.
