Crazy 4 sales. Grab your chance now!! Now that the main rush for the sales is over, most shops don’t really have anything interesting left to offer. Not Patrizia Pepe though…. we always have one little surprise left up our sleeves for you. What? Some new entries, that’s what! Not the last remaining colours and sizes that nobody really wants, but some more of your s/s 2010 favourites at unbelievable prices. We’ve been hunting around for your most-loved accessories, clothes and jeans that at first glance seemed to be sold out, but …. are now back in store just for you. So, in this sales guide number 2, our advice to you is: go for the long-term option, which means a wide berth to one-off wonders that as soon as you change your accessories or restyle your hair, they seem to lose their appeal. The pink dress and white ruffle skirt fit the bill perfectly and are perfect if you want to maximise the sun-kissed look or are feeling playful. Team either with a pair of boots, a flower bag and a wild hairdo and you’ve got authentic hippy, or with a pair of sandals, a straw hat or a flower in your hair for 100% true romance.
The same goes for the legendary ballerina t-shirt, which you can make trendy with a pair of denim shorts or quirky over a posh satin or silk skirt.
Even this season’s must-have, the low-crotch trousers, are the epitomy of casual dressing when teamed with a vest, but remove the vest and add a sexy top and a pair of heels and you’ve got a way more luscious look. If glam is your thing, then it would be a real fashion felony to miss out on the sequinned top or ruffle shirt as a glitzy partner for a pair of skinnies or devil-me-care downdressing with a pair of shorts.
The same goes for the maxi, lion-print t-shirt, turn it into real 80′s revival over a pair of leggings or work some Bohemian mystique by throwing on a man jacket. Even the pleat-front jacket comes with two options: take it on holiday to wear with a pair of white shorts then work it back in the city with a pair of serious trousers.
Before we go, here’s just one more thing from s/s 2010: we managed to bring back a couple of catwalk looks that you’ll have seen in the fashion spreads of many a glossy magazine: the deep neckline dress, the striped dress, the glitter leather dress, the bejewelled jumpsuit and the yellow flower jumpsuit.
But the surprises don’t stop at s/s 2010, the Patrizia Pepe outlet is ringing the changes too. This time round, the showstoppers are the pieces you need for all manner of occasions. There’s the ideal for day wear dresses, our selection varying from minimal, homely colours to pretty as a picture in strawberry red, both of which team perfectly with the coloured nappa bag
The dust coats are back too in a variety of colours, grab one for some back-to-work glamour (to brighten up the boardroom black) or wear over a dress if you’ve got an event or special occasion on the calendar.
