Shopping Online is even easier!
From today Shopping online just got easier. Free returns or exchanges can now be done online.
The only condition is to complete the online returns form within 10 working days following receipt of the order; if you do not complete the form the system will not accept the request.
The first step is to Log in to the Patrizia Pepe Online Store, go to your Profile, copy the Order Number that you wish to return (the Order Number can also be found on the invoice, received with the parcel) and click on Returns.
Then, click on New Return/Exchange insert and paste the Order Number that you previously copied. Then hit Continue.
At this point a window opens with the items featured in the Order, where you specify whether you wish to Exchange or Return. If you’d like to make an exchange you need to specify which item, in which colour and size you would like to receive. In all cases, you need to specify the reason for the Exchange/Return of the item.
After having clicked on Continue, a page opens where you need to insert the Tracking number which was given to the Parcel you received. The screen which appears for those who paid by Credit Card is as follows:
The screen which appears for those who paid Cash On Delivery contains other fields to be completed including Account holder name, Bank Name and IBAN code. This information is necessary for Re-crediting the amount paid if you decide to proceed with a Return rather than an Exchange.
By confirming and clicking on Continue you obtain the RMA Number which is to be written on the box containing the items to be exchanged/returned. The final step is applying UPS adhesive to the parcel and contacting the UPS courier on the freephone number 02/30303039 to schedule the collection of the package.
