Patrizia Pepe presents the new AnarChic capsule collection, created by Patrizia Bambi and reflecting a new punk lifestyle with a rebel, nonconformist core.
With serious “look at me” aesthetic appeal that straddles glamous, gothic and grunge to shout out the “Angry Young Things” message, the new range is an addition to the main AW 2013-14 collection, channelling the same iconic themes that have always defined the brand.
By presenting a new take on a unique street mood that infuses new meaning to fashion for girls, the AnarChic design recreates urban scenes rocked by blaring punk rock music. A nonconformist and unconventional collection, the most striking feature is the contrast between the elegant craftsmanship and the serious attitude of the high-fashion details.
It features a mix of girl and boy elements, with super-short mini dresses worn under tailored coats, tuxedo jackets or maxi red tartan over-shirts. These can be alternated with vintage, destroyed-look jeans and super-skinny leggings, teamed with fine lace or silk georgette blouses with customised prints that mix florals with micro stars and checks.
The final touch is provided by the collection’s must-have accessories, like maxi wool scarves, fishnet or polka-dot tights and soft black leather biker boots.
The AnarChic capsule collection will be unveiled on 10 September in Patrizia Pepe’s Via Manzoni 38 Milan boutique; celebrity blogger Chiara Biasi will be doing the styling, mixing up collection pieces with AnarChic elements, then modelling each outfit in a Live Shooting that can also be viewed outside the shop’s main window from 10am.
As a special feature of the event – which will be staged on the 11th and 19th of September in the Milan and Florence boutiques respectively – a select group of customers will get the chance to meet Chiara Biasi who will share her fashion and styling tips, starting from the AnarChic collection, in line with the customer care ethos that has earned the brand an ever-increasing fan base around the world over the years.
Why not come along to Chiara Biasi’s Milan photo shoot on 10 September at the Via Manzoni, 28 boutique, take some photos and tag them with the hashtag #anarchic, or share them on Instagram and Twitter!
