Ingredients (makes approx. 12 petit fours)
1 small roll of brisée or shortcrust pastry
150g low-fat cheese spread
A few drops of yellow food colouring
A few drops of turquoise food colouring
1 teaspoon of black sesame paste
Mini cake moulds
Line the moulds with the brisée pastry and oven bake according to the instructions on the packet.
Make the frosting whilst the pastry is cooking. Mix approx. three spoonfuls of cheese spread with each of the colours and the sesame paste.
Lift the pastry shells from the oven and leave to cool, before carefully removing them from the moulds.
Fill the shells with the coloured frosting using a pastry bag.
