Detox days: CRUNCHY SALAD WITH FENNEL ORANGE AND HONEY

Ingredients for two people

 

½ fennel

½ carrot

½ organic green apple

1 small organic orange

a few Romanesco broccoli florets

edible flowers (if desired)

1 handful of baby spinach (or green salad)

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

 

Method

 

Cut the half apple into slices and, using biscuit cutters, create the shapes as desired.

Do the same with the carrot.

Slice the orange and remove the peel.

Slice the fennel finely.

Arrange on the plate starting with the slices of orange, followed by the rest of the ingredients and finish off with broken pieces of walnut and lemon juice.
