Detox days: OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients for a bowlful
 
30 g oats
100 ml almond milk (or other vegetable milk)
1 spoonful of raspberries (frozen)
1 teaspoon of honey
½ dragon fruit
½ banana
1 slice of green apple
some mango cut into cubes
a few slices of star fruit
a spoonful of cranberries
 
 
Method
 
The evening before serving place the oats with the vegetable milk in a bowl and mix well.
Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning crush the raspberries with a spoon (if you desire a uniform pink colour, pass them through a sieve and add the juice to the oats) and add the honey, mix well together and then pour into the bowl. Finally, complete with the fresh fruit.
Cut into the flesh of the dragon fruit, first vertically then horizontally, without cutting the peel. Slice the banana, dice the apple and arrange the rest of the fruit on top of the overnight oats and, if desired, decorate to taste with for example, sliced almonds.
